The THP series is  a leadless high power chip termination solution. Operation to 3 GHz is available through the use of a rugged thin film element providing performance stability over time and temperature. A selection of four termination configurations allow maximum versatility for different circuit designs and construction. An aluminum nitride substrate provides the high thermal conductivity for power dissipation ratings from 5 watts to 250 watts. Applications include satellite communications, isolator/circulators, cell base stations and high power microwave/RF power amplifiers.

1.5GHz-30W and 4GHz-1/4W surface mount small size attenuators of 50ohm characteristic impedance.
ATP68, 1.5GHz-30W (attach to heart sink directly) small size power attenuator, Beryllium free configuration, ATP68 has durable power consumption in power isolators and circulators. 3GHz-100-150W surface mount small size attenuators of 50ohm characteristic impedance.  ATP53S and ATP54D 4GHz-1/4W power and high durability against pulse / EMI accidents in small signal applications.  Face down configuration on strip line show better return loss characteristics.  Long life and temperature stability of thin film technology realize better performance at a temperature range from –55C to +155C.  Applications include gain control circuits, isolation circuits of power boost amplifiers at GHz, loss compensation of transmission line of data communication systems, detecting signal control of ATE-LSI test system-circuit board functional test systems, industrial measurement electronics, medical scientific electronics and miscellaneous communication systems.

These are low resistance precision resistors used to measure AC or DC electrical currents by the voltage drop those currents create across the resistance; it is a type of current sensor. Available with  2 or 4 ports.  Tight Tolerance of 1% and Tight TCR of 100ppm. Available from 100 Amps to 2,000 Amps.

Thermal Converter

This multi-junction thermal converter device is for high-precision AC-DC transfer standards.  Provides high sensitivity of 10-6 to 10-7 for comparing rms power between ac and dc input voltages.  Frequency characteristic better than 0.001% in the frequency range of 10 Hz to 100 kHz, and better than 0.01% at 100kHz to 1 MHz.

The 01005 passive is yet an even smaller size option now being offered. The smaller size,  01005, should behave more sensitively to process and design variables. RoHS compliant, the new 01005 1/32W chip resistor comes in resistance ranging from 10R to 1M (jumper inclusive). Main applications of the 01005 chip resistors include PoP (Package on Package) high density PCBA, mobile phone RF modules, micro drives and handheld memory product (such as SD cards).

TFC Series - These thin film flat chip fuses  offer quick-acting fuse characteristics, with a rated current value up to 5.0 A and stability rated in accordance with
UL 248-14. The TFC product is rated for a current range of 0.5 A to 5 A.  In 0603 case size,  the devices provide a breaking capacity of 50 A (50V, 32V, or 24V) and in 0402 case size, the device provides a breaking capacity of 35A (24V).

 NTC Series - AAC has added thermistor components to its surface mount passive component line, with its new negative temperature coefficient (NTC) Thermistor. The NTC Thermistor features standard values, 1.0K ohm to 100K ohm in 0402 and 0603 case sizes.  The AAC NTC Thermistor provides a  versatile solution for temperature measurement, control, and compensation applications in a broad range of end products.

CRT Series
- AAC has extended is production of SnPb terminations for its surface mount chip resistors in sizes 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 2010, and 2512. Considering that several applications are exempted under RoHS, or have delayed deadlines, AAC will release its CRT series back into the market in Spring 2006.

Some of these applications include lead in solders for servers, storage, and storage array systems; lead in solders for network infrastructure equipment for switching, signaling, and transmission, as well as network management for telecommunication; and lead in electronic ceramic parts (e.g. piezoelectronic devices). In addition, aerospace and defense applications are exempt and will continue to use SnPb assemblies .
 


Electric Double Layer Gold Capacitors

GC Series -
Electric Double Layered Capacitors, known as “Gold Capacitors”, offer the highest volumetric efficiency of all capacitor technologies. It is often compared to a secondary battery. Unlike batteries, the Gold Capacitor does not rely on a chemical reaction to produce electric current rather it is a storage cell that utilizes the absorption/release reaction of ions. 

Gold Capacitor has no limit to the number of charge and discharge cycles it can sustain, and does not need a charging circuit. Repeated rapid charge and discharge cycles are also acceptable.

The GC-EN series, SMD Coin type, allows for re-flow soldering peak temperatures up to 240°C. With its miniature size (6.8mm diameter) and four different terminal styles, this capacitor is ideal for small handheld or portable devices.

   
 
                      
Specialty Polymer Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

Product Details

SPC Series - The main application for the Specialty Polymer Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor is for noise filtering in digital home electronic products. This component is unique, not only for its great noise canceling characteristics, but also for the voltage stability.

The structure is composed of Aluminum terminal filters covered many times by polymer molecules. By the special structural characteristic of having the element parallel connected, the resistance value become extremely low, and as a result the capacitor cancels the noise at even high frequencies, ranging from 30M-1GHz.   At the same time,  the voltage becomes quite stable, allowing for the high frequency noise to also become lower.
